Age

     Our app is rated 3+, we offer our app to users ages 4 and above.

     However we still suggest guidance from the parents. Especially in terms of sharing videos of their gameplay to social media and processing in app purchases.

 

In app purchases

     In app purchases are intended to boost the gameplay. These are bought with real money and accessible only in the game. Please keep in mind that these purchases are not required to be able to play game.

How to protect

     To prevent unintentional or unauthorized In-app purchases, you may require a password or disable in-app purchases through your Playstore or App store’s settings.

Payment Process

     Payment is processed by Google Play or Apple’s App Store through your account. We do not have access to any payment information. Details of your transaction or receipts will be sent you by Apple or Google via email.

Transactions

     In-app purchases should be purchased through the app only for a secure transaction. Please do not entertain any third party sites especially if they collect your personal information, credit card or bank information.

Refund

     In-app purchases are mostly non-refundable. However, there are certain instances that can be an exception. The outcome is at Google or App Store’s discretion. Thus, you may contact their support teams for assistance.

 

Fraud

     If you suspect a fraudulent activity on your account, please contact Google or Apple immediately. After contacting them, if they refer you back to us, kindly send us an email at connect@632apps.com together with important details such as: what took place, date and time relevant to the incident, screen shots, transactions numbers and receipts.

 

Privacy

     We do not collect or have access to any of your payment information. These transactions are processed through your account with Google and Apple.

     As part of the gameplay, the app does record audio and video. We do not however collect your audio or video recordings, these are simply saved on your phone. A permission to record your game, which includes the microphone and camera, is also asked prior starting the game. Therefore, it is the user’s choice to accept and share it via social media or other means.

     We access your phone storage primarily to save and to get data of your recordings. We do not collect or pass any of your data.

     Your facebook account ID, your name and your friends may be collected for the purpose of comparing scores and sharing your video, which is entirely up to you.

     As an advertising third-party service on our app, we make use Google’s Admob. Google Admob has a separate and independent privacy policy. We therefore have no liability or responsibility for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we strive to protect our app’s integrity and appreciate any feedback about these sites.

     In case any data is needed for different purposes such as marketing, third-party services or analytics, we guarantee you that we will not disclose any information prior your consent or legally requested by the government.
